We are MIDA Tourism L.L.C (trading as MIDA Travels), a licensed Dubai travel agency (Dubai DET Trade Licence No. 541638) and authorised reseller of Turkmenistan Airlines (T5) tickets, operating under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our booking platform.

• Payment information: we do not store raw card data. Payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
